Remote, somewhat flexible hours, unlimited PTO

Desventajas

I have worked for SMG for 3 years. Recently there haven been a lot of management changes. It seems that current C suite has no clue about what direction they are going in. There seems to be no strategy or vision. Limited growth potential, uninspiring management. Fear based culture. No job security. Cost cutting and rounds of lay offs.
