Ventajas

Great work life balance and I have never worked for a more caring team. Great pay with no ceiling. I started to make residuals with in first two months of employment. You are not micromanaged and have complete control of determining your income. Bonuses are paid out without having to ask and the culture is second to none. The training was both visual and interactive. The training gave me the tools I needed to be successful and was 100% paid.

Desventajas

Defiantly has a learning curve. There is allot to learn if you don't have a financial background.

Ventajas

It's not just a name-- this group actually does provide amazing service, first. I was blessed to be able to work with this group for 4 months and all of these people care about their clients and saving money on processing they're the real deal

Desventajas

Not many.. environment possibly too lowkey

Ventajas

Maybe a good starting out job for someone who wants to grind and has no experience. All the people are trying and want to do well.

Desventajas

If you have had a career and success in sales you may feel completely ill at ease here. You calls are counted and you can't generate your own leads which would pay you a whole lot more. They want you to get beat up on their over-called list and land a few of those for them or they'll cut bait on you at about 2 months. The hourly isn't serious for a serious person to live on. It's a high pressure sales environment and you have to get beat up as you learn.
