Ventajas
There only benefit working with Sense, was supporting the residents, who were all lovely. Having said this, they absolutely deserve better.
Desventajas
The management are lazy, and constantly sat in an office. The HR had a sham vote for representation during a meeting on redundancy, and upon being called out, they rushed to say "this matter is now deemed closed" with no further update. The management have no integrity, and when announcing that they would close the site, they dehumanised the residents by saying that they "had found holes to put them in". Some of my colleagues were underpaid repeatedly by hundred of pounds, the business then acted like it was doing them a 'favour' by giving them an advance of >some< of the money they were owed. Safeguarding issues and GDPR breaches were regular and were never properly dealt with. The amount of whistleblowing reports that have been submitted to CQC was astronomical, it's just a shame that no responsibility was taken by the acting managers.
