Ventajas
Seneca is an inclusive community and use students to represent and be the face of the college. This role helped me gain skills in customer service, oral & written communication and problem solving.
Desventajas
While I was working there, the union for part time employees were trying to get us a benefits plan. Not sure if this is still the case or if it’s been implemented. As well, the hourly wage could have been raised to a living wage, as many students working part time need money for tuition, housing, food etc.
