Ventajas

Stable company with a long tradition. Great Onboarding academy to learn about different departments and about the company during the onboarding phase.

Desventajas

I saw some red flegs already during the interview, when manager was talking about the age or asking about family situation (which is according to the labour code not allowed), but when I joined I was confronted with some "unprofessional" behaviour - company is missing a culture of respect and empowerment, and shows a lack of basic communication for a new joiner to receive from the manager about the work which can create a "case to fail" if there is a lack of understanding about the work/tasks and responsibilities. Company does not encourage standard benefits for wellness, work life balance, wellbeing.

Ventajas

I was able to work remote. I believe now it’s a hybrid position and now they are pushing more and more days in office

Desventajas

They are incredibly sexist. They have a crazy amount of law suits. They allowed a drug addict to manage an office. They protect employees that don’t do their work. You can work so hard for them and they don’t care. The pay is terrible for this economy. Head of IT is so sexist and gross. So is IT. So much drama it’s crazy. The middle aged woman are so incredibly rude. There is extreme bullying that goes on. The list of how bad this place is is endless…however you need to only have a head to work here so if all your limbs are attached they’ll definitely hire you. I would take the job if you can’t find anything then quit when you do find something. HR department is honestly a terrible joke. They will never promote you unless you’re a man.
