Smaller company, but growing and putting clients and employees first.

Nothing good, this place is awful.

They are very unprofessional, their staff is a bunch of unskilled and uncaring people, the office staff completely lie to you about everything, they will "forget" to have people relieve you so you are stuck at work without notice, some of the staff will go out to their car to smoke weed on a 24/7 client, if you complain about them nothing gets done, they don't care about the safety of their clients at all, the on call staff were awful, you get no benefits until a year after employment but they can't keep people with them long enough to get them, they will hire anyone which includes druggies and overall bad people.
