1. ZERO COMMISSION - in the beginning the company used to offer a decent commission pay out but then it was changed quarterly. There is no system which calculates commission payout, it’s all a guess. Literally.
2. HEALTH AND SAFETY COMPROMISED - no warm water available to wash your hands, in summer no air conditioning, no refreshments (drinkable water) when it’s supposed to be provided according to the handbook, no air filtration - dusty air particles always leading to sneezes.
3. INDIRECT DISCRIMINATION - Upon joining the company, investigations happened on heavy grounds for no proof, always felt like the regional manager (Steve Smith) tried trap me and my colleagues in a false investigation to discard my contract. No correct procedures were taken by the regional manager, making secret visits and conducting invention hearings without a notice - unlawful practice.
4. NO INSURANCE LICENSE? - the company forces us to sell insurance packages (apple care) without even having a license from Apple to sell insurance.
5. LIST CAN GO ON FOREVER.
