Ventajas
None, genuinely at my time I cant think of one pro in relation to the company. The only positive were the other non senior management... They were good people. Some are even still there, how I dont know!
Desventajas
The management in this company very much a clique . You will notice that as soon as you enter, which is so ironic given that they all get paid absolutely peanuts themselves, all the way up with the one possible exception of the CEO! The staff have ZERO security, I have heard through the grapevine that a pension plan is in place now but knowing the turnover/wages it will never become anything of significance regardless of tenure. I don't know how in gods name they have managed to keep some of the longer serving staff given the disgraceful wages their earn in return for genuinely being good sales/technicians and making the company a lot of money.
