Ventajas
Innovative, fast-paced environment. I felt like as an employee I was encouraged to think creatively and take initiative, Store level management is approachable, friendly, transparent and genuinely invested in success and professional growth. Teamwork and open communication is very common, When dealing with difficult questions or areas outside my knowledge I was comfortable engaging with my colleagues for help and developed a work culture of shared knowledge. Exposure to lots of different technologies and partners keeps the work exciting, challenging, and future-focused.
Desventajas
On a store level I do not believe there are many Cons. However I would say that there is a clear disconnect between decisions being made at the top level of the company that have knock on effects down to a store level, This also included things like store repairs which would go unanswered for multiple months.
