Thank you for your very candid review.
As you know, Sebis is growing at a tremendous pace. Especially in the last few years. This growth can be attributed to our excellent reputation as well as our great, dedicated staff. Accompanying this growth, we've certainly had a number of challenges to contend with as would any company in our position. The staff is increasing, we're upgrading and adding new technology, adding additional equipment, many new client accounts, etc. As the company continues to expand and evolve, we're looking for supportive and enthusiastic employees that are up for the challenge and are willing to work cohesively with both staff and management. Anything outside of this is not conducive to company morale as well as a successful, positive working environment.
Although it did not work out with our firm, we hope that you've found a position and environment that is more suitable for you. Thank you.
