All ideas are very welcome and people are encouraged to think. It's an excellent opportunity to boost self confidence about work. Also, discussions with Alok are very valuable. He is a very smart person having excellent grasp on algorithms and problem solving skills in general. Great company culture - Non-technical discussions during lunch are so much fun, brown bag sessions on Fridays are fun way to learn new concepts. Desventajas
Much pressure at times... but isn't that how a start-up is supposed to be in its growth phase? Sometimes I feel there can be a better communication between teams working on different projects...you never know who might have an excellent idea for a specific one. At times, it feels like management at the level of VP does not seem to be as qualified as needed .
