The job is easy and less stressful than regular customer service jobs. They stay away from your typical call center scorecards. They have monthly all staff meetings where the ceo and others share updates. They do no micromanage you.

Desventajas

The pay and lack of bonuses.

Ventajas

The team is very transparent and really cares about one another, the company, customers and patients. The work is fun and impactful, because we literally help patients everyday.

Desventajas

The team is on a tight budget, like many other companies right now, so that can be difficult to navigate but it's actually made us closer as a team, more creative and very resilient :)
