Ventajas
Variety of interesting projects including new technologies. Small company which allows you to learn a large range of tasks. Management trusts in employees to improve processes as they see fit.
Desventajas
Used to be a wonderful workplace with flexible hours and great company culture, but has changed since some top level management changes were made in early 2021. Pay is far below industry standard, as cuts were made due to Covid and never restored when workload returned. Compensation includes a large potential bonus (but based on company performance, is unattainable) at the end of the year. Workload is unmanageable, every department is overwhelmed and under appreciated. Many job openings due to long time employees leaving for better pay.
