UK business was run by two brothers who were handed the reins by their Dad after he sold Imago to ScanSource becoming Imago ScanSource (or ScanSource Imago as they’ve now decided to re-brand again). The older brother seemed a decent guy, thoughtful but fairly hands-off. The other is way out of his depth, chaotic in management style, unpredictable, egotistical and holds lots secret meetings to talk about everyone else in the office (unfortunately I was in many of them). We all used to joke he wouldn't last 2 minutes in a company that wasn't his Dad’s, a theory proven true since he was pushed out. Acquisition means there's light at the end of the tunnel for people and it should end up in safe hands with decent management now the Americans cleared out many the problems. Still some tyrannical management in Sales though.
