Working from home is obviously a great perk, and the use of video conferencing and 1-on-1s with the entire team means you never feel isolated or like you don't have true coworkers. Benefits are on par with larger companies, and there is limited travel. Even though this is a startup, everyone comes from an enterprise background right now; this means that a lot of the hiccups I've seen at startups (disorganization, growing pains, lack of roadmaps) are avoided via careful, thoughtful planning. It's a bit "Wild West" at times, but nothing like some other places.
