      Ventajas

      The industry feels fulfilling to work in and the product is amazing to sell. You get a lot of experience extremely fast because you are working many roles.

      Desventajas

      Lack of leadership structure. Micromanagers. Toxic environment, especially for women. No room to grow and move up the ladder. Lack of flexibility from management. Expectations to work well over 40 hours a week completing unreasonable tasks and lofty goals.

      Ventajas

      Working in the CGT field is rewarding. The G-Rex is the gold standard and the sky is blue for this innovative technology. Awesome company and vision to work for!!

      Desventajas

      Not for people looking to slide by and stay under the radar. Everyone contributes a lot of time to the companies goal to bring hope to cancer patients.
