Ventajas
So far compare to my previous employments this one is much better than other. Almost direct hire compensation, government benefits, leave credits and allowance. They can easily find you a client once the project is ended unexpectedly.
Desventajas
Unlike my previous agency employments once you became a regular employee you will be their employee even if the project ended. Here they will easily cut you off from the company and re-hire you again and starting your tenureship all over again. Sometimes it is not the money it people now are looking for Job Security. You will never feel a part of the company because they cut you off the moment the client decided to sized down. I hope this company improves on their weekness and value their employee and clients.
