Ventajas

If you are a follower or agreeable kind of employee, you will keep getting paid until senior or executive leadership experience mood swings.

Desventajas

Senior and executive leadership team particularly technology learning and other international advancement vertical are absolutely unable to adapt change or promote talent or even understand the real concept of documentation discipline, growth initiatives or agile mindset. Toxic (old people exceeded retirement ages) and insecure of young people may replace them. The above set of facts will only push you away from working in this environment. They would only waste your time in interview for technical and higher positions if you are qualified, educated and experienced.

Flexibility and the people on the team not in a leadership role.

Desventajas

My experience here was deeply discouraging. The leadership culture allowed unqualified individuals to be hired into important roles, which created constant frustration for staff who were trying to deliver quality work. Decisions often seemed based on personal preference rather than experience, skill, or fit for the role. Because senior leadership positions changed frequently, no one ever addressed the underlying issues. This lack of accountability let poor management practices continue unchecked. As a result, many talented and dedicated employees left, and the organization lost credibility with staff and external partners. Several contracts and opportunities suffered due to inconsistent performance and lack of competent oversight. This workplace would benefit greatly from an external review or investigation into hiring practices, leadership conduct, and overall organizational culture. I would not recommend working here until major structural and leadership changes occur.
