super early start time (5:45 am), high case loads at times, staff shortages due to the pandemic and the usual overwhelm that comes form working in drug treatment.

Honestly, not too many! The paid time off was very generous.

You won’t ever get a raise, EVER! The staff/ personnel can be very immature at times. The gal; operations director, will go out of her way to sabotage and take out/down other staff members.
