      Ventajas

      Staff work very hard and keep the business running but executives need to be replaced.

      Desventajas

      Executives are discriminative and retaliate against staff. COO and CMO are too young, inexperienced and all executives are discriminative. CEO is a narcissist and will throw anyone under the bus to save herself and running business into the ground.
