Ventajas
1) Coffee is amazing (the only reason I'm still staying here is because of their addicting coffee)
2) Pay for freshers is good.
3) Peers are good and encouraging.
Desventajas
Many recent 5 star reviews are from fake accounts created by the company itself, the original rating was 3.2/5.
1) Work life balance is not good, majorly depends on manager.
2) Micro management.
3) Favouritism (if you please the manager then you're okay, if not then even if you work hard and do your best, you'll still receive bad ratings and they'll make up stupid reasons to justify it.
4) You need to be cunning and need to understand blame game to succeed here. If you're a simple guy then your managers will squeeze every ounce of sweat to make you work (even on weekends).
5) CTO and CEO is blinded by AI, they don't understand how and why it works. They believe they can replace employees by AI completely and everything can be done by Ai. They try to justify that a week's work can be done in an hour by using Ai and they force employees to work on very tight deadlines in the name of "With Ai you can do it in no time". (not expected from a CTO who should have a good understanding on Ai agents and all)
