Ventajas

Most Coworkers are nice friendly and helpful. Flex time is nice, 1 day off every 2 weeks, rotates Wed, Thurs, Fri.

Desventajas

Management is a waste of space. Too busy shopping to be of any help. Only care if they received an insured or claimant complaint. Every manager handles things completely different, no consistency. Very heavy workload. When hired was told would handle 6-8 claims per day. Average day is around 20. Raises are only a cost of living increase, and based on how much you suck up. Performance complete irrelevant. Extremely high turnover!

Ventajas

Great experience. Two interviews each about 30 minutes. Awesome people and easy to talk to.

Desventajas

Awkward pauses at times but cover it with conversations.
