Ventajas

Hours of work are great, once 4:30 hits you can clock out and leave without worrying about taking work home with you.

Desventajas

- call center-esque with a script of what to say to customers - very individualistic with not much communication between coworkers - no commuter benefits - 10 days off a year but if another coworker wants that same day off it goes to whoever asked first (competitive) - very little direction from management - male dominated company - very low pay compared to other companies and location of work

Ventajas

Great experience. Two interviews each about 30 minutes. Awesome people and easy to talk to.

Desventajas

Awkward pauses at times but cover it with conversations.
