Ventajas

SafeNet manages to hire the best of the best. Professional courtesy and sound judgement accompany your daily business interactions. A great group of people focused on making a noteable difference in the world we live in today. We make a direct and very profound contribution to our nations homeland security and I for one, am very proud to be part of this orgaization.

Desventajas

It would be nice if there were an onsite cafeteria, there are limited options for grabbing lunch anywhere nearby, without having to travel to the mall. But many of the employees actually travel to Torrance to take advantage of the labs down there, so it's probably not economical for them to consider that option at this point in time.

Ventajas

Good pay and benefits. Great office culture, coworkers are friendly and are approachable. There are random team lunches and free bagel Friday. The company has annual sales kickoffs which are located at different parts of the world. The expenses are paid for by the company such as flight, and hotel. Definitely feel the stability of the company, SafeNet is a recognized leader of Software Licensing, revenue is constantly being attained at a high rate. Café located in downstairs lobby.

Desventajas

Really was thrown to the fishes in terms of learning the product. Training wasn’t all that great as I had to watch webinars as a primary source of product knowledge information. My boss who was the leader of Sales on the West Coast took a sabbatical randomly at the end of December. This in turn decreased the visibility of my performance of work to the new manager which was located at HQ in Maryland. This led to my position being eliminated on the West Coast. The office was kind of disorganized as the West Coast office only had no leadership, with 3 new sales people.
