Ventajas

PTO and health insurance. Other than that, there is not a lot of positives working in the new call center.

Desventajas

Since the new management took over the environment is no longer fun but very hostile. Employees are no longer allowed to make mistakes. Threats of write ups for almost everything while they put dialers at risk with the FCC for being non compliant.

Ventajas

Excellent training - all remote. Excellent pay - great commission rate. Triple verified leads. Totally positive place to work, but you gotta produce.

Desventajas

If you can't close, you can't work there. You must be able to produce at least 10k a month in commission or you won't stay.

Ventajas

The commissions are good. Great product to sale.

Desventajas

The leads overall are below the proper demographics for the target customers . Also the leads are not consistent. They have a few sales managers that shouldn’t be in that position due to lack of sales experience.
