Ventajas

Half decent leads. From a veteran salesman, this company has potential to earn tons of money. Make friends with the team. It's an easy atmosphere if you're putting in the work. Getting a shout out for hard work always feels great

Desventajas

That other half of the leads - they shouldn't have even called. You'll have to wade through the muck to get to the riches. Management appears to be mildly inexperienced. If you call install management for a quick question and a different territory PM answers, one was completely unwilling to help. That's lazy AF.

Ventajas

Excellent training - all remote. Excellent pay - great commission rate. Triple verified leads. Totally positive place to work, but you gotta produce.

Desventajas

If you can't close, you can't work there. You must be able to produce at least 10k a month in commission or you won't stay.

The commissions are good. Great product to sale.

Desventajas

The leads overall are below the proper demographics for the target customers . Also the leads are not consistent. They have a few sales managers that shouldn’t be in that position due to lack of sales experience.
