Ventajas

Work life balance. SWIFT is very generous.

Desventajas

Too many team members could lead to negative environment. Complaints and gossip about each other to the bosses is toxic. Internal mobility is quite hard if you have no managers to recommend you to other dept.

Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

Desventajas

Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
