Not enough work/life balance, extreme superstar expectations without gratitude. Has potential to have long term employees but can't quite grasp what needs to be done to keep them. The owner cares about his company but has too many people in his ear and sometimes trusts the wrong people who have their own agenda, especially shiny new employees who talk without the walk, leaving previously trusted employees no choice but to leave. The micromanagement is typically from department managers in sales and parts. Department managers lack accountability and engage in a lot of shaming and blaming.
