Salary not delayed but not paid: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de General Manager en SPML Infra

I worked in SPML more than one and half years but when salary started delaying by more than 2 months, I decided to leave. I put my papers they asked me to work another one month for notice period. In doing that I have not been paid the salaries of August September and October 2013 along with EL,commission etc amounts 3.5 lacs.they now don't reply. Some of their senior official say "are you still expecting your due?"
