SJ Innovation is a good company if you're a fresher and want to get some good experience in IT field. Friendly peers.
Desventajas
Management Team is fake. No Innovation is done here. Innovation is only in the name. Still stuck with Old technologies. Not up to date with latest technologies. Don't join if you have experience of more than 2 years. Need to get managers with experience of different companies. Current management team is like the frogs in the well. They think whatever they do is right.
