Ventajas
it has a lot of stuff that you can learn while working with the company, also working remotely and flexible hours, the salary is not the best but compared to other companies it is above average. communication and people are really great there, they are polite and always there to help.
Desventajas
it lacks clearance and organization of projects, maybe the time of each project is a bit fast, but with time you will adapt, maybe the major con is that when a developer joins, there is a lot for him to learn and discover as the projects are really huge, so if there is a tech lead or someone to help people that are starting to work, it will add a lot to the company especially for hiring new people.
