Ventajas

Good work culture in our business unit. Honest Management who truly care about all employees from field level to upper management. Great benefits package with options for 401K and Roth’s. Work is clear and easy to understand if you are willing to put the time in to learn your position and the industry.

Desventajas

Proprietary Operating System could be better retooled to fit exact jobs.

Ventajas

You get to work on real supply chain problems that actually matter to operations, not just theoretical stuff. Remote flexibility is solid and the work-life balance is fair. The tech stack is modern (Snowflake, Azure, Power BI) and if you're someone who takes initiative, you'll get the chance to own things end-to-end. The people you work with day-to-day are genuinely good and most teams have a collaborative culture.

Desventajas

Growth from senior level and beyond can be painfully slow even when you're clearly doing the work above your role. Leadership and org changes happen often which resets your visibility and momentum with whoever is advocating for you. Some areas still lack clear ownership so things fall through the cracks or land on whoever is willing to pick them up. Pay doesn't always reflect the scope of what you're actually doing.
