Product pipeline has quite a few which may sustain the business.

Desventajas

Need to clock in / clock out during mandatory 5 days work in office. No sick leave allowed during probation period - if you get sick, need to deduct pay and take no pay leave. If the management does not like you, they post a job online for your same role without informing you.

Ventajas

- Good office location and facilities. - HR put in effort to organize team bonding activities.

Desventajas

- Hiring process is messy with the hiring managers not knowing how to conduct an interview properly - Company only cares about short term goals without considering long term impacts - Senior management are overpaid, useless and not willing to make tough decisions. - No diversity, only Chinese works there. - No WFH policy.
