Ventajas
Regional Sales Director -East- Ira- was very helpful with my onboarding and training and assisting me in day to day business. Managing Director of Sales- Rudy was always upbeat and very motivating and both him and Ira helped me close business. Small company but, great staff, Allie is great and the account managers Steve and Marcos are always very helpful. Its a very nice culture compare to other companies that only the bottom line is what they care about. Very friendly and treat alternative lifestyle employees.
Desventajas
the staff in the Clearwater office isn't too help but, when you have questions or concerns, you have to go to only certain people for assistance. Health care is great, 401K match is nice, need to work on their PTO , sick and vacation days are a few and very confusing to under stand. Only a few holidays -need to have more holidays, like MLK day and Presidents and Veterans Day.
