Ventajas
The people were, for the most part, very kind and hardworking. The support was there for me and I enjoyed the various meetings and conversations I had with particular individuals (and even made a long term friendship with a client along the way).
Desventajas
The physical office left a lot to be desired (hot and based in a very undesirable area), but this was mitigated by a very relaxed attitude surrounding remote work. Only downside is how one is treated being let go. No warning system in place, it's just one day you're gone and though they pay for the notice period, you're locked out immediately and not so much as given a chance to say farewell to those you worked with for months on end. Felt very cold. During my time there, I wasn't the only person this happened to.
