Management and Brother Rutter are fair and approachable, which really helps with the day to day. Overall, it’s a really rewarding role, especially if you enjoy helping people. It’s a great place for someone who stays focused, works hard, and wants to be part of growing firm.

Like most jobs, there are some cons. For me, I would like the firm to offer a few more benefits such as dental insurance and Short-Term Disability. Also, the fast-paced environment can be challenging at times, especially when managing multiple deadlines and priorities. It may take some time to adjust and get fully comfortable in the role. Like many litigation positions, the workload can fluctuate depending on case demands, but overall, it’s a manageable and rewarding experience once you get into a rhythm.
