      Ventajas

      Everyone collaborates, even though we can be found working in almost every country in the world. Positive support from management teams. Always on the lookout for continuing education for all employees. Our offices are always beautiful because our office is the World!

      Desventajas

      I wish we could meet up in person more. Those few weeks are extremely valuable.

      Thank you so much for your feedback! It's certainly a challenge to maintain a remote work environment while still feeling connected to your colleagues and the company. We agree that in person time is so, so valuable. Our management teams are actively looking at ways to provide more opportunities for collaboration and connection.

      I built great friendships with people at Rustic Pathways. There are always people and teams you can get along with and have a good work/life balance. Fun to travel with your friends at work. Great fast paced culture. People care a lot about our students and our impact

      Desventajas

      Base salary was low when I started, but its getting better now.

      Everyone works together, made lifelong friends from this job. Really cool work perks, lots of awesome travel. Felt inspired every day. Had awesome leadership.

      Desventajas

      Pay is low, but they made up for it with the most fun job ever, making real impact on students, and great colleagues and lots of travel to unique places.
