Ventajas
Ruggable puts more effort into employee well-being than other companies I’ve worked at. Work-life balance, time off (unlimited), and employee offsite activities are on the better end. Transparency from management is improving.
Desventajas
Like other companies during the inflation uncertainly, there were layoffs that hit every department and put morale at a low. Some teams have recovered more quickly than others.
