Ventajas
Decent job with decent pay. Pretty much a set schedule with extra shifts available. Deliver to Target stores without having to wait at the stores. The routine makes for better safety.
Desventajas
I was laid off due to partial loss of Target account. Told it was seniority based when in fact lower seniority employees were kept. I was (am) willing and qualified for the lower seniority positions. They told me during exit interview that I would be first to be called back. Seven months have passed and drivers have been hired while I still wait for the call. When I wrote to HR and told them, they did what I expected, they defended their position and got angry. They have attorneys, I don't.
