Desventajas
If you are looking for a first job out of university, this is a place to consider avoiding. Staff are underpaid, isolated, and barely get trained -- you'll spend most of your office days sitting alone in a cubical. Its rare that staff are acknowledged, appreciated, or supported to have agency in their professional growth. Roux prides itself on being profitable, but profits are also unpaid wages, and as a new staff you will be among the lowest paid in the industry, and the bonuses are typically very small (although they may over promise during your job interview). Your vacation holiday time will be counted against your productivity goals, so when you get back from vacation you will be in in a deficit and will be expected to make up for your time away. Be careful about the the positive reviews here, they may be from the principals (owners) of the company that are trying to offset the many negative reviews from staff that have come and gone. If you care about diversity/equity/inclusion, or you are a person of color, or part of the LGBTQ2+ community, you should be extremely cautious about working here.
