Ventajas
3 straight shifts per week (9 - 4pm or 4 - 11pm), nicely ventilated, customer service charge added to monthly wages + tips and brand new kitchen hence easy to clean.
Desventajas
Not enough space in sink next to dishwasher to wash the pots and pans - hence plates, plastics and pots etc cluttering our workspace at the end of the night- or when returning from our break on a split shift.
