Can be mircromanaging at times. Some people are not easy to trust in higher up positions. Small town with not much going on in the area. Confusing mission at times, not much communicated in the way of setting company wide goals or understanding big picture. Not a lot of room for upward growth due to it being a small company. If you’re not at work, you’re not always trusted to be working due to boomer generation values.

The company experienced a huge reduction in its workforce while I was there. but everyone seemed great

not too many, in talking with some of the other prior employees we all seem to have different things they don't like.
