Ventajas
The people. They really are wanting to make a change in people's lives, they all care. They are just some of the most amazing, creative, smart people I've ever met. Client deliverables and creativity are fantastic.
Desventajas
The leadership is not good at all, they barely have time for anyone, and some of the leadership is severely inappropriate when it comes to responding to negative situations (which there are A LOT of negative client situations). The negatively from higher-ups causes a lot of stress and negatively on you personally.
The amount of work everyone has to give truly harms your personal life. Work-life balance has no meaning here, its just work.
Clients mean everything here. We deliver some of the most incredible work for the clients but at the huge expense of our employees.
Little room for promotions and raises, but you usually end up doing the work of someone that should be in a higher position.
