Ventajas
1. The biggest pro will be that you will learn quite a lot of things in a very short duration. 2. Peers are very friendly and supportive. 3. You are literally surrounded by serious and dedicated people all around you. 4. If you are a fresher think no more join this company with your eyes shut. 5. Located in the heart of the Bangalore. 6. The best management I've come across in my experience with start ups.
Desventajas
1. The work pressure is a bit too much by today's standards. 2. The work environment is similar to a classroom with a strict head master. 3. The timings are not clear, sometimes you might have to work for about 12-13 hours. 4. If you are in a project then, Saturdays and Sundays are not standard leaves ( 90% of the times ).
