- High employee turnover rate! - Selling a broken product using ineffective strategies: unrealistic expectations with no willingness to learn, invest, nor understand target audience and market. - Employees with experience, ideas and constructive feedback often dismissed in favour for voices supporting "status quo". Reports ordered to be complied ASAP only left to collect dust with no intention to ever be actioned. Performative. - Dubious ethical practises: employees in Sales encouraged by Senior management/C-suite to lie to customers. Calls are recorded without consent or disclaimer notice to customers, and invasive personal data scrapped off the internet - Diversity tokenism - loved having coloured employees to plaster on website/socials, without putting in the effort, care or consideration in creating a safe space for them.
