Ventajas
Great tight-knit community surrounding the event. The staff is small but that makes for helpful insight on other branches of the event. There are many opportunities for young designers to try new ideas and see what works and what doesn't work. The event platform is also a great way for young designers to get their work in front of thousands of eyes.
Desventajas
Right before the rodeo begins, the graphics and marketing team typically stays long hours, getting all aspects of the looks of the event polished. This means getting all ordered printed items accounted for in their places, the web graphics uploaded, and any other visual marketing aspects finalized. This does make for great real-world experience.
