Nothing much all is ignorable and everything is not perfect in any company

Let me think about it.

No growth in knowledge. No growth in expected salary. No growth in position. No software, No proper computer system to work, There is no motivation to work here. Every day I have to force myself to go and work. Because I have responsibility, Not a single good artist around me, all the good artist left because of poor management. No salary hike properly, fake promises, no respect as an artist, no settlement properly, bad behaviour from management. They even don't know how to treat a artist , I felt like I am a slave. Every month new new excuse for salary delay . This is my Life regret that,I joined this company. Before every appraisal month, by terminating a artist, gave statement to each and every artist that, next your turn silently. Management politics ohh my god. Please don't ruined a artist carrier. Management please go out of you cubical room and talk to artists. You guys are pathetic. I can write a book regarding cons.
