Same management was the reason for door delays and cancelled staff bank holiday with less than 10 days notice to fixed a problem that was management. And also the reason for drop in quality of doors due to staff leaving. Higher management speak about culture but it’s all surface level and fake. A lot of management and higher incompetent at doing their roles and are hoodwinking other directors.
