Ventajas

Pay was good, very friendly warehouse workers, my supervisor was encouraging, lots of overtime if you're interested in that.

Desventajas

Not very organized, higher management is rude and abrasive, small company so it is a rotating door, not enough training time, opening staff is never on time so your left in the lobby waiting every morning.

Ventajas

Robin Ruth is interesting and fun place to work in. I've been able to grow into an entirely new role since I’ve started here. Two levels of managers above me have been going out of their way to help me progress my career, including asking about my career desires, suggesting new projects to build those skills, and giving me time to grow in those skills. Members of the team are very innovative and a lot can be learned from them. The bosses are always open to hearing how we can improve and new ideas. Everyone is very friendly!

Desventajas

Some structure of the company can be improved but we have monthly meeting to discuss how to improve overall as a company.
