Every manager I've had has been lovely, and all my co-workers are great to work with. Everyone is motivated to help the company succeed and we have a killer product. Everyone wants to help you learn and grow and no one is interested in putting you down or taking credit for something you did. Also fully remote.
Desventajas
It's a startup so sometimes things can be a bit less organized but I don't mind.
